The following activities are prohibited under this policy:

Offering, giving, soliciting, or accepting bribes, kickbacks, or other improper payments for personal gain or for the benefit of the company.
Engaging in any corrupt activity or making false statements or misrepresentations in connection with any business activities.
Engaging in any activities that compromise or compromise the impartiality of a public official or other individuals in connection with business activities.
Failure to report any suspected or actual incidents of bribery or corruption to management.
 
Any employee or individual who violates this policy will be subject to disciplinary action, including termination of employment or contract, and may face criminal or civil penalties.
